Refund policy

At Jannat Collection, we want you to shop with confidence.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with any tags still attached.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow a few working days for your bank to complete the refund.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve it quickly.
